I've decided to change this page to ONLY be a sort of journal of what's going on at the moment.  My counter info page changed companies and can't seem to get themselves together!

TODAY'S JOURNAL...

October 12, 2003, in the pre-dawn hours:

I cannot believe it has been so long since I've updated this site and I send my apologies.  Chokri and I have been married for one year and three months now and it's been wonderful.  We continue to follow the ups and downs of the world and try to plan our future and just where and how it will be and hope for the best everywhere.  We have a new addition, a kitten named Yasbac (we call him Yazzie) and he is tres mechant.

We have met a few Tunisians here in Austin at last and they are good friends.  I'm happy that Chokri has someone from home he can be close with here.

I have enjoyed very much the emails I get from american/tunisian couples who are at the beginning of their lives together as we have been.  I encourage everyone to vacation in Tunisia if possible.
